HOW CAN I MAKE A CHANGE, RETURN, OR CANCELLATION?
In order to make any changes, returns, or cancellations, it is MANDATORY put on contact us.
WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS FOR A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
The maximum period to make a product exchange or return is 30 business days from the date of receipt of the orderThe refund will be processed using the original payment method, whenever possible.
There must also be a valid reason for making the exchange or return:
- The ordered product is not correct.
- The ordered product is damaged or not working properly.
- The product has not been received by the customer.

HOW LONG DOES A RETURN TAKE?
From the time you send the product you wish to exchange until you receive the new one, approximately 10 business days will pass, as long as the product is in stock in our warehouses.
WHEN AND HOW WILL I RECEIVE THE REFUND FOR A RETURN?
In the event that the refund conditions are met, it will be processed within approximately 15 days from the time we receive the product, and it will be made using the same payment method you selected for the order, whenever possible.
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT?
The maximum period to request a replacement for the defective item is 30 business days from the date of receipt of the order.
Once we receive the defective product, we will send you a new one. The exchange will always be made for the same item or reference.
If the product has already been used, the warranty must be processed with the supplier.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE PRODUCT YOU RECEIVE DOES NOT MATCH THE ORDER PLACED?
ChuchesMoto will cover all expenses, both for the collection of the wrong product and for the delivery of the correct product.
IMPORTANT! ChuchesMoto will not resend any merchandise until the receipt of the item for return or exchange has been verified at our warehouses, as well as the condition of the packaging and its accessories.
WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS FOR A CANCELLATION?
Cancellation is understood as the order that has not yet left our warehouses and, therefore, has not yet reached the customer.
You can cancel a change up to one day before the first day of the estimated delivery date. For example, if the estimated delivery date is between May 20 and May 22, you can cancel the order until May 18 at 23:59, as long as the system allows it.
